Exploring the natural materiality and artistic potential of paper, Spring 2023 presents exquisitely constructed garments emulating the ethereal and poetic qualities of paper in its many forms…Folded. Crinkled. Torn. Layered. Pleated. Sculpted. Vivid, construction-paper colors and prints nod to the iconic, abstract “papiers-découpés” artworks.
Drawing inspiration from the printing presses once located within the House’s namesake SoHo address, the new collection celebrates the modern artistry and intelligent design that define Lafayette 148 by Creative Director Emily Smith.
