Sr. Digital Designer

The Sr. Digital Designer is responsible for creating compelling, cohesive, on-brand creative executions across all digital channels, including the website, email, social media, and paid advertising. This individual should possess the skill set to transform concepts into wireframes and visual assets for an impactful and memorable brand and customer experience. He/she should have solid experience in and knowledge of the digital field, design best practices, and current digital trends. Animation and video editing experience a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects).


  • Create on-brand, engaging visual assets across all digital channels, including homepage refreshes, editorial landing pages, cross-promotional banners, and other site assets, emails, digital display banners, Facebook link ads, Instagram carousels, and Google ads
  • Optimize, slice, and deliver artwork for digital usage
  • Support Senior Director, Art Direction and collaborate with Design team in conceptualizing and executing seasonal initiatives in a 360 degree, omni-channel fashion
  • Ensure alignment and maintain consistency of brand look and feel, standards, and voice across assets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and utilize business data and analytics to make informed decisions that support business growth
  • Development and design of all social assets for social media platforms including Instagram Feed, Instagram Stories, Facebook, WeChat, etc.
  • Maintain library of social assets
  • Design and edit videos for social media, advertising and retail stores
  • Communicate all necessary information effectively with relevant team members from project start through delivery
  • Assist in maintenance of the brand's website and QA process
  • Stay abreast of competitor creative and current trends in the online retail space
  • Support innovative thinking to further company technological advancement
  • Help identify areas of creative business opportunity and propose solutions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Fine Arts


  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in luxury and/or fashion industries


  • Strong sense of design, clean, modern aesthetic, image manipulation and cropping skills, keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition
  • Video editing and motion graphic skills
  • Experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results
  • Strong understanding of successful E-commerce and responsive design
  • Strong knowledge of digital asset optimization and best practices
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work well independently
