Sr. Coordinator, Retail Excellence
Job Summary
The role of the Sr. Retail Excellence Coordinator is a partnership with retail boutiques, outlet stores, AD and CCC to support and drive the achievement of the commercial business objectives. The position develops the selling team’s skillset through the creation of effective/inspiring tools, sharing selling techniques and product knowledge, on-the-floor coaching and cultivation of client relationships.
The Sr. Coordinator, Retail Excellence is responsible for creating a consistent, formalized approach to a best-in-class client experience with an omni channel focus. They will collaborating alongside the Sr. Director with implementing key retail initiatives with a strong focus on elevating the client experience, including but not limited to clienteling, onboarding, service initiatives, policies, supporting selling events, store set up and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Present knowledge training sessions with sales teams (boutiques, AD stylists, CCC) in person, teams and zoom
- Support and create projects to maximize customer loyalty, new customer acquisition and selling initiatives
- Coordinate “test and learn” initiatives (training, coaching, floor observation, and strong partnership with sales)
- Connect and engage stylists to corporate through various tactics (newsletter, coffee talks, etc)
- Strengthen the integration of new hires into the brand to support accelerated performance
- Support clienteling initiatives and elevated Proximity Insight education
- Partner with retail operations team on maintaining retail dashboard
- Support VIP events (as needed)
- Work with marketing team on digital/visual assets for selling and onboarding tools
- Complete post-visit boutique reports that summarize the coaching goals, progress made, setbacks or priorities including actions to be taken by boutique/outlet team members
- Travel – approx. 10-15%
- Seasonal product knowledge
- Attend VIP events (if needed)

- Proficient in training, development, and computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Passionate about product knowledge and store operations.
- Independent, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

Pay Range:
The base salary for this position is $58,500 - $73,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience and location.
