Sr. Coordinator, Accounts Payable

Job Summary

The Sr. Coordinator, Accounts Payable, will process, analyze, and reconcile all invoices and payments for the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Review AP email inbox daily and conduct necessary follow-up
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are reviewed and compliant with Continia requirements
  • Ensure the timely posting of outstanding invoices and payments
  • Prepare payment proposals, enter journal in the system, and assist processing payments to the bank
  • Process and distribute checks, upload positive pay file in bank, and scan documents into the system
  • Request necessary supporting documents and internal approval for payments
  • Set up new vendors and ensure updated records are maintained in the D365 Business Central system
  • Ensure all vendors receive remittance advice and ensure that vendor accounts are reconciled
  • Prepare monthly Amex purchase reports in Concur and conduct related reporting
  • Manage and audit employee T&E process in Concur
  • Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors
  • Conduct preparation and analysis of monthly AP aging reports
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and distribute annual 1099 forms
  • Conduct additional tasks as required

Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • 3+ years of AP experience, apparel industry a plus

  • Proven professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Experience with ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics SL, BlueCherry, and Concur
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills a must)

Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is $58,500 - $65,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
