Sr. Account Executive

Job Summary

The Sr. Account Executive, Wholesale, is responsible for the overall management of their Wholesale sales accounts and new business. This position works closely with the Executive Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and growth of each account.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Executive Director of Sales and Planning to analyze sales numbers and stock levels to ensure profitable business for each account
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts through consistent communication
  • Schedule and lead NY market appointments for all accounts 4 times a year
  • Analyze territory and develop a game plan to open new accounts within territory
  • Manage sales orders from start to finish to meet and exceed sales targets (processing orders, checking, and tracking orders in BC, making sure orders hit delivery ship windows)
  • Provide respective DSA’s with sales goals, weekly sales updates, training/tools, and support to meet their monthly and seasonal goals
  • Attend in-store events to drive increased sales in top markets
  • Prepare and deliver product knowledge seasonal meetings with premier accounts
  • Encourage cross-selling with OHB associates within the stores
  • Share competitive feedback on best-selling product and best practices with the rest of the sales team
  • Partner with the marketing team on COOP, digital/visual assets, selling tools, contests, and event needs
  • Work closely with production team to ensure timely deliveries and evaluate any issues that may impact orders
  • Evaluate L148 presence online/websites with active accounts and make sure they maintain company’s standards

Desired Background:

  • Bachelors’ degree required

Experience:

  • 6+ years of wholesale sales experience with major department stores; luxury background is preferred but not required

  • Strong industry relationships with department stores, premiere specialty stores a plus
  • Systems knowledge of Blue Cherry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to travel ~20% of the time/flexibility of schedule

Base Pay Range:

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
