The Specialty Store Logistics and Operational Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of trunk shows from start to finish. He or she will analyze results in order to measure success and determine and act upon opportunities to grow business.


General Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and monitor trunk show dates, coordinate due dates with sample team, and liaise with Warehouse and local couriers to ensure timely delivery; expedite shipments as needed
  • Support accounts and external reps by trafficking trunks, addressing questions/concerns, and providing timely follow-up
  • Manage Trunk show incentives, enter all incentive orders, and run the incentive reports by season
  • Manage all Trunk show re-calls and memos and communicate them to specialty stores and sales reps weekly
  • Attend appropriate meetings and ensure accurate communication of information to team
  • Work with specialty stores to ensure proper execution of order entry, and train on troubleshooting best-practices
  • Enter consignment orders and return authorizations for specialty stores
  • Mange all departmental expense memos and invoices in partnership with accounting to ensure timely payment
  • Seasonal cleanup and resend of all ongoing lines. This includes visits to warehouse to locate and retag samples
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and utilize good judgment in representing Lafayette 148 and consistently deliver extraordinary customer service to our business partners
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

  • Post-market top 40 bookings report
  • Post-market stock order update
  • Seasonal consignment sell thru report
  • Seasonal trunk show shipping report
  • Bi-Weekly Seasonal Trunk show recap report by representative
  • Monthly return authorization report; seasonal return authorization deep-dive by account
  • Weekly UPS billing/chargebacks to stores
  • Monthly reorder report by season, by representative


Desired Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field



  • 5+ years of related experience in the Fashion industry



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • Team player and ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely detail focused with an aptitude for analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated and organized with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to interact across departmental divisions
  • Flexible with an entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Blue Cherry and Web PDM system a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, with strong proficiency in Excel
