The Sales Support Assistant will provide the specialty store sales team with daily administrative support. This position will process high volume of sales orders, take phone calls from customers, communicate feedback from customers to the sales team, check prices and the status of orders, and report monthly results to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enters and process orders in Blue cherry
  • Maintains operations by Sending order confirmations to clients
  • Monitor, track and follow up on all special orders
  • Verify all stock orders for errors and communicating discrepancies
  • Process customer returns and exchanges
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 + Years of Sales support/Call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of all other Microsoft products
  • Blue cherry knowledge is a plus
