The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Account Executive in the daily handling of Wholesale accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze weekly selling reports and organize selling recaps for market
  • Assist in market appointments, including showroom and work area maintenance, and anticipating the needs of the Sr. Account Executive
  • Monitor, track, and follow-up on all orders
  • Manage process of special orders
  • Develop sample logs and maintain sample inventory
  • Work cross functionally with Wholesale Marketing team to assist in the preparation of visual guidelines and various selling tools
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce business
  • Provide support to FMC team by assisting with product knowledge seminars and store coverage during events
  • Partner with Sr. Account Executive on dropship offering and analyze selling in order to maximize opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Four-year degree (preferably fashion related) from an accredited college
  • 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Blue Cherry, PDM, DeSL knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of all other Microsoft products
  • Must have a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
