The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the daily handling of Wholesale accounts to ensure the needs of the business are met. This position will maintain and analyze selling reports monitor, track and follow up on all special orders and maintain sample logs and inventory. This position will work closely with cross functional partners to assist in preparation of guidelines and selling tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze weekly selling reports and organize selling recaps for market
  • Assist in market appointments, including showroom maintenance and work areas, and anticipate the needs of the Sr. Account Executive
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on all special orders
  • Develop sample logs and maintain sample inventory
  • Work cross functionally with Wholesale Marketing to assist in the preparation of visual guidelines and various selling tools
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce business
  • Provide support to FMC team by assisting with product knowledge seminars and store coverage during events
  • Partner with Sr. Account Executive on dropship offering and analyze selling in order to maximize opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of related sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of all other Microsoft products
  • Blue Cherry, PDM, DeSL knowledge is a plus
