Lafayette 148 Refer & Receive Program Terms & Conditions
As a Refer & Receive member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Lafayette 148’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Lafayette 148’s Refer & Receive program:
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a net sales of $598 or greater made at www.lafayette148ny.com by a first-time customer (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer & Receive program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a single Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Referred Customers must be new customers. Qualified Referrals can only be made through the Lafayette 148 website, www.lafayette148ny.com, and cannot be made over the phone, in person or on our Atelier Direct or Outlet websites. The Referrer will receive a discount code in the amount of $148 for each Qualified Referral.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
Referred Customer Rewards. The Referred Customer will receive a nontransferable code that is valid for 60 days upon receipt and provides a one-time $148 discount on a single net purchase of $598 or greater.
Referrer Rewards. For a Referrer to earn referral rewards, the Referred Customer must be a first-time customer and complete an order greater than $598, net of returns and all fees (including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees) and discounts. Upon completion, the Referrer will receive a nontransferable digital discount code, valid for 60 days after receipt, with the value of $148 against a single purchase of $598 or greater for each Qualified Referral, 7 days after the each Referred Customer’s purchase, which will allow for cancellations and fraudulent purchases to be recognized. The Referrer will not receive a discount code if the Referred Customer makes a fraudulent purchase or cancels their order within 7 days of their purchase. The Referrer may use one or more valid discount codes on a single net order of $598 or more. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liabilities resulting from Referral Rewards.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Lafayette 148’s Refer & Receive Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Lafayette 148’s sole discretion.
Bulk Distribution. Referral emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Lafayette 148’s Refer & Receive program.
Right to Close Accounts. Lafayette 148 reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Lafayette 148 Refer & Receive Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Lafayette 148 reserves the right to cancel the Refer & Receive Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
