Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative activities and related tasks including but not limited to greeting guests, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, flow of correspondence, and handling building passes for all company guests. The Receptionist will assist and provide general administrative support to the Wholesale Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate party
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them and directing them to the appropriate party
  • Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
  • Schedule car service and messengers
  • Process expense reports through Concur for VP of Sales
  • Manage calendar & schedule meetings, events and conference calls for the VP, Sales
  • Compile executive summaries for VP of Sales
  • Support the Wholesale team by pulling copy information, providing sample support, and pulling VPI’s
  • Assist in market prep and manage the presentation of the showroom as well as the corporate showroom calendar
  • Perform general administrative support as needed to the Wholesale team

Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

  • 0-3 + years’ experience in field

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Customer centric, positive and professional demeanor and ability to think proactively and problem solve
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Punctual attendance and flexible to work nights and weekends
  • Technologically proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Reader
