The Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative activities and related tasks including but not limited to greeting guests, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and requisition of supplies. The Receptionist will assist and provide general administrative support to the VP of Sales.


  • Answer incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate party
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them and direct them to the appropriate party
  • Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
  • Track incoming/outgoing packages and sorting/distributing incoming mail. Ordering shipping supplies
  • Schedule car service and messengers
  • Coordinate and book all travel
  • Process expense reports through Concur
  • Manage calendar & schedule meetings, events and conference calls for the VP, Sales
  • Compile executive summaries for VP of Sales and maintains corporate showroom calendar
  • Perform general administrative support as needed to the Wholesale team


Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • 0-3 + years’ experience in field


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Customer centric, positive and professional demeanor and ability to think proactively and problem solve
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Punctual attendance and flexible to work nights and weekends
  • Technologically proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader and Social Media
