The Order Management Coordinator, Supply Chain will be responsible for monitoring sales orders through the production and fulfillment cycles. This individual will work with the sales team on their focus of selling and service and interface with employees inter‐departmentally.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage order validation and entry for Specialty Store customers
  • Provide solutions on order issues to Sales Support/Customer service teams
  • Partner with overseas factory on allocation analysis for the Supply Chain
  • Partner with our warehouse on order fulfillment and re‐allocation of sales orders
  • Communicate with Sales Support/Customer Service teams on issues
  • Monitor production status of goods in WIP for major and OP accounts
  • Maintain production reports (ADs, OP reports, distribution of memos to company)
  • Fabric validation for finished goods chases
  • Track and approve special cuts in smartsheet
  • Work with Pre-production team on sample upgrades and garment alterations
  • Act as Supply Chain liaison with Customer Service for special requests
  • Responsible for facilitating factory garment quality issues through the Supply Chain process
  • Manage raw material special requests by customers
  • Supply Chain Smartsheet Tech Champion

 

Desired Background:

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the consumer goods industry
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of ERP systems; BlueCherry knowledge a plus
  • A background in Supply Chain/ Distribution and/or Customer Order Fulfillment

 

Skills:

  • Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be extremely detail focused
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic atmosphere 
  • Must be analytical and have strong Excel skills
  • Ability to set deadlines and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent follow up skills
