The Jr. Account Executive is responsible for supporting the overall management and partnership of their Wholesale Sales account. This position works closely with the Executive Director of Sales, as well as, our retail buying team partners to ensure profitability and growth of each account.



  • Monitor and analyze E-Commerce business
  • Manage the Dropship Program. Communicate styles to add to site, provide samples/digital images to set up new styles, and monitor selling and brand inventory to drive additional opportunities
  • Create PowerPoints for Executive meetings both internally and externally and presentations for our Field and Marketing team during the bi-annual Summit
  • Travel to Major stores to assist with PA’s/Elevated Focus Days to help partner with FMC team to drive event goals
  • Communicate weekly updates to Field and Marketing team to help provide data needed to drive weekly sales
  • Responsible for creation and distribution of monthly wholesale dash board that overviews current sales trends and brand initiatives
  • Analyze weekly sales/inventory/ stock levels to identify business opportunities with accounts
  • Communicates weekly with accounts on reorder opportunities, shipping updates, order maintenance and special orders
  • Responsible for gathering all market recaps to assist during market appointments
  • Oversee approval process for wholesale Ads with marketing team


Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree



  • 2+ years of related sales experience



  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy on all tasks
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Systems knowledge of Blue Cherry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time/flexibility of schedule
