Non-Apparel – Coordinator, Non-Apparel

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the daily handling of Wholesale Non-Apparel and Off-Price accounts to ensure the needs of the business are met. This position will maintain and analyze selling reports, assist with footwear and non-apparel market appointments, and leverage inventory to create off-price packages. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners to assist in preparation of market and in season sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market prep and showroom sales presentations
  • Maintain and analyze weekly selling reports, print line sheets, and organize selling recaps for market
  • Prepare and update ad-hoc reporting on a weekly/monthly/annual basis
  • Manage footwear samples for all wholesale accounts and act as a liaison between internal sample team and wholesale product coordinators
  • Provide wholesale partners with product copy detail and PDP images
  • Manage logistics for drop ship offering, as well as special order processing for all accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of seasonal marketing tools including buy books and selling aids
  • Help manager with the seasonal Virtual Showroom platforms on Threadvine, NuOrder, and Joor
  • Support in the preparation of line-sheets and internal order maintenance for off-price accounts
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Experience:

  • 3-4 + years’ experience in field
