The Creative Operations & Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Creative Services and Marketing Operations’ team on day to day basis. Responsibilities include overseeing project management tool input and tracking projects to ensure deadlines are met. They will also assist in the management, maintenance, and distribution of all digital, print and video assets for the organization on a global scale including seasonal marketing campaigns.



  • Manage schedule for creative and marketing teams, overseeing all project touchpoint meetings, and creation of meeting agendas
  • Manage the marketing and creative services master calendar
  • Support creative services operations team in creation and management of project calendars while integrating new calendars and helping to streamline existing projects within this platform
  • Process all creative Services and marketing invoices
  • Create photo shot list for all shoots (catalog, web, wholesale) and keep record of item shoot status: report status cross functionally
  • Organize contact sheets and send them to key players after each shoot
  • Ensure all items requested have been shot, processed and labeled correctly in the appropriate folder (including pre-selects, and alternate shot locations)
  • Prioritize and fulfill daily asset requests from internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with the creation of selling tools on a monthly and seasonal basis for wholesale and retail marketing
  • Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns including advertising and direct buys programs


Desired Background:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree



  • 1-3 years supporting creative services/ creative teams
  • Prior experience using project management tools a plus
  • Prior experience with image management system a plus
  • Prior experience in marketing or public relations



  • Excellent communication skills; meticulous and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Must be highly self-motivated with strong sense of urgency
  • Must be a team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and basic knowledge of Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task priorities (a must)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organized with excellent follow up skills (a must)
  • Must be a team player and be able to work well within a small team environment
