The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to organize meetings/agendas, maintain schedule and travel calendar. He/she will also be responsible for managing all invoices and maintain organization within the department.



  • Manage and coordinate daily schedule for meetings, conference calls and events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flight, car and hotel reservations)
  • Maintain the organization of the departmental office, conference room and storage room
  • Process and upload all departmental invoices in the expense log
  • Manages IT assets - license maintenance; supports contract maintenance; etc.
  • Track, prepare and submit monthly travel expenses and process through Concur on a timely basis
  • Support IT on communications projects
  • Provide general department support as requested



  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Fashion or related field a plus)
  • Minimum 0-3+ years of administrative experience
  • Concur system experience preferred (business travel and expense management)
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written grammar and composition
  • Meticulous and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be highly self-motivated with strong sense of urgency
  • Must be a team player and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to take initiative and be proactive with good judgment
  • Excellent Office 365 skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and OneDrive required
  • Able to learn new software applications
