The DTC/CRM Intern will have responsibilities that are split up between the following areas: customer analysis, customer initiatives and creating reports for Direct to Consumer Team.



  • Keep track of performance of existing customer programs and email customer journeys
  • Assist with launches of new customer initiatives. Create daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Keep track of promotional offers and redemptions
  • Periodically scan systems connectivity, raise red flag when insistencies are discovered
  • Review and quality assurance testing of proof email blasts
  • Partner with the Creative team to coordinate email blast process



  • Must be a full-time undergraduate or MBA student
  • 40 hours per week required for the 10-week summer program (End of May to August), Mon-Fri 9-6
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (specifically in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud familiarity is a big plus
  • Drive to learn new system
  • Ability to work with data
  • Active interest in customer analytics, customer acquisition & retention, internet marketing, website usability and luxury goods space
  • Tech savvy individual self-starter with a great drive to learn and succeed
  • Detail oriented, flexible, have a great attitude & communication skills. Must be a team player.
