Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of the Creative Director’s calendar, ensuring that she is on time and prepared for all meetings and appointments
  • Coordinates extensive travel arrangements including but not limited to China, Europe and Domestic
  • Processes expense reports for Creative Director and Design Team
  • Works closely with Director of Design Logistics to manage all budgets and control expenses
  • Orders supplies as needed by Design Team
  • Communicates all departmental equipment and tech needs, including maintenance, to Facilities and IT and follows through to completion
  • Maintains departmental work space, ensuring that it is free of debris and clutter
  • Involved in the development of projects as needed including but not limited to, making design boards, organizing samples and data entry

 

Shantou, China (STO) trip preparation- 4x per year

  • Partners in facilitating agendas and needs for all STO trips
  • Ensures that all design boards get packed as needed
  • Works with design team to acquire and transport any supplies needed for working in STO

 

Pre-Market responsibilities- 4x per year

  • Books models as needed throughout the development process including prototype fittings, style outs and presentations
  • Coordinates needs for hangers and showroom racks
  • Sets up showroom for Styling Week
  • Documents showroom set ups and shares them as needed
  • Responsible for pant library used for styling week

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills; meticulous and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be efficient, enthusiastic and professional
  • Must be highly self-motivated with strong sense of urgency
  • Must be a team player and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to take initiative and be proactive with good judgment
  • Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills required
  • Concur system experience preferred (business travel and expense management)
