The Creative Services Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Creative Services Operations’ team on day to day basis, oversee the project management tool input and track projects to ensure deadlines are met.



  • Manage schedule for creative services team, oversee all project touchpoint meetings, and creation of meeting agendas
  • Manage the Creative Services Operations master calendar
  • Maintain Creative Services Operations filing system and support Executive assistant to VP of Marketing with office organization
  • Manage Smartsheet calendars, the integration of new calendars and help to streamline existing projects within this platform
  • Support Creative Services Operations team in creation and management of project calendars
  • Process all Creative Services invoices
  • Track & process Creative Services Operations credit cards expenses for review by team members


Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years supporting creative services/creative teams
  • Prior experience using project management tools a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; meticulous and organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Must be highly self-motivated with strong sense of urgency
  • Must be a team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and basic knowledge of Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
