The Site Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for assisting in monthly product launches and ensuring they are accurate and timely. He or She will also be responsible for managing product samples for site photography in collaboration with the Buying team. The Site Merchandising Coordinator will also support the Manager in the day to day maintenance of the website, both full-price and outlet, and with any ad hoc reporting and vendor related requests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Manager of Site Merchandising in strategic merchandising of products on both full-line site and Outlet site, depending on book drop, campaigns, or data driven business needs
    • This includes: reviewing OOS list, filters, linking, ensuring items are merchandised according to email, homepage, digital marketing, and go-live priorities on a regular cadence
  • Own and lead the monthly go live process by maintaining product file with all necessary information to ensure technology support team can execute by predetermined date
  • Catalog and drive calendar for all campaign initiatives and go-live deliverables
  • Work cross functionally to lead eCommerce PDP photography and sample coordination with Buying & Creative Services team
  • Assist in weekly data pulls for eCommerce Dashboard report
  • Provide any ad hoc support for optimizing vendor related initiatives (ie, SEO, product recommendations, etc)
  • Collaborate with Retail and the Customer Care Center team to ensure customer feedback is positively addressed
  • QA for all site go lives and site content updates
  • Research competitor’s sites to identify trends and opportunities
  • Responsible for site content routing for QA
  • Regular site merchandising maintenance (ie, price updates, color updates, etc)

 

Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in a fashion focused eCommerce business unit

 

Skills:

  • Familiarity with Web Platforms, (such as Magento), CMS, Web Analytics Tools (such as Google Analytics), basic understanding of HTML / CSS, and User Experience (UX)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a proactive work ethic, able to work independently
  • Ability to effectively work cross functionally; come up with solutions when needed
  • Ability to multi task while achieving all deadlines
  • Be flexible and able to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to learn Inventory Management and sales systems
  • Prior Project Management experience helpful but not required
