Beverly Hills – Supervisor of Store Operations

Job Summary

The Supervisor of Store Operations, will assist in managing resources efficiently to drive business and maximize productivity meeting all standards of service, merchandising and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in creating a professional selling environment by communicating and exemplifying Lafayette 148 brand standards
  • Maximize sales and service expectations to exceed company standards, by working closely with the Store Manager on creating initiatives to enhance sales and developing solutions based on the business needs
  • Maintain and build brand image by providing product knowledge and guidance on client development to Stylist
  • Engage with the community and local businesses, developing relationships and working closely with the Store Manager on developing marketing strategies
  • Actively seeks input from customers to measure satisfaction and ensure consistent adherence to service standards
  • Ensure merchandise is presented following corporate visual, marketing, and operational directives & standards
  • Identify and communicate customers’ requests and merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager
  • Oversee all operational functions within the store, operational functions may include: processing end of day cash reconciliation, reporting daily revenues, training, inventory control, loss prevention, opening/closing procedures and troubleshooting of system issues
  • Manage overall business, service and operational needs of the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Desired Background:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of operations experience within the luxury/designer sector

Skills:

  • Highly organized, team player, effective communicator and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in utilizing available technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be flexible and have the ability work evenings, weekends and holiday schedule
  • Ability to carry weight, lift or pull, exerting up to 25lbs. Ability to occasionally to frequently move, position, and carry objects, including merchandise and fixturing

Base Pay Range:

  • The base pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 hourly, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
